Damaged Items and Exchanges

Note that all purchases purchased with a promotional code or sale items are final sale.

For returns by post, you must have obtained authorization from the store, within a maximum period of 14 days following the delivery of the items to your home.

We will send you by email a prepaid return slip to print and stick on the package to be returned.

When we receive the package in store, we will refund the item by subtracting the return costs from the amount.

To do so, please contact us by email at info@lepetitcocon.com with the following information:
1) First name and full name
2) Phone number
3) Invoice number or copy of your invoice
4) Description of the item to be returned
5) Reason for return

- The merchandise must be in its original packaging and in new condition (unused, unwashed, unworn).
- The following items are also excluded from our return policy for hygienic reasons: pacifier, teether, nasal aspirator, any other hygiene or sanitary product (eg breast pump, menstrual cup, nursing pad, etc.).
- The shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during returns.
Any return is at your expense and risk.
- Once your items have been received at the store, they will be inspected. If the item is accepted, you will be refunded within 7 days.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.*

In the event of an error on our part, broken or defective merchandise, the cost of reshipping on online order will be borne by the company.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer for any other return.
