TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have fifteen (15) days after receiving your order to return or exchange an item provided that the goods are in its original state, i.e. unused and in its original undadal packaging with all the accessories, parts and manuals initially provided.
All purchases at the LE PETIT COCON online store, with the exception of gift cards and items in liquidation, can be returned by mail or to the store for an exchange or credit note.
Delivery within 3 to 7 business days, at a fixed fee of $10.00 and free for all orders of $75.00 or more in Canada
**Some fixed charges may apply for larger items.**
Additional charges may apply for more remote areas of Canada. The Petit Cocon reserves the right to adjust delivery costs for northern regions (accessible by air only). In this case, the customer will be contacted to accept the fee before sending the package.
Delivery now available in the United States, fixed fee of $20. Additional charges may apply for larger parcels and remote areas. You will be notified if a surcharge applies.
RETURN AT THE SHOP
To return or exchange in-store, please:
Bring back in store the item purchased in our online store LE PETIT COCON.
Present the original invoice or invoice received in the order confirmation email.
Any returned goods will be examined at reception. Upon acceptance of the return, you will be offered an exchange, a credit note or a gift card LE PETIT COCON.

Upon receipt of your shipment, we will analyze your return request within 2 to 5 business days, and we will send you the exchange item or we will send you a credit note. However, the initial shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and the return costs are your responsibility.
Also, be sure to properly pack the returned product to avoid any additional damage that would not be covered by our return and warranty policy.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE
This policy does not apply to products that have been used.
Delivery and handling costs are non-refundable. Only the price of the item, including taxes, is refundable.
In the case of an exchange, the price differences between the exchanged item and the replacement product are at the customer's expense.
We take no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage sustained during a return of goods.
It is not possible to cancel your order once the transaction is completed.
RETURN OF A PARCEL SHIPPED AT THE WRONG ADRESS
Canada Post will attempt to deliver all packages. However, if it is not able to deliver the item, the parcel will be returned to the original address listed on the shipping label.
A customer service representative will then contact you to validate if you wish to cancel or receive your order. Your shipping information will then be validated and you will have to pay for the cost of re-shipping your order.
